Electrocardiogram

An EKG is painless and non-invasive.  Electrodes are attached to your arms, legs, and chest.  An EKG machine makes a recording of your heart's electrical activity.  This recording will show the rate and rhythm of your heart and any damage, which may have occurred.

• Preparation:  Avoid lotions or oils on skin prior to test
• Test Duration:  This test will take about 5-10 minutes
