Whether you're seeking relaxation, pampering or the healing effects of massage, an appointment with one of our licensed massage therapists will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Wellness/Fitness Center offers the following types of massage:  Swedish Massage, a full-body massage great for beginners, Deep Tissue Massage, concentrating on problematic areas and Pregnancy (pre or post-natal) Massage for pregnant women in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters, or after giving birth.  Karie Worthington, LMT, is also trained in and performs lymphatic drainage, which is great for those recovering from surgery.

You don't have to be a member to enjoy an on-site massage, but W/FC members and GSH employees will receive a 10% discount.  To schedule your 45-minute ($45) or 60-minute ($55) massage, call 865-7458 or stop by our Front Desk.  Gift certificates are also available.
