If you have trouble falling asleep or staying awake, you may have a sleeping disorder. More than 50 million people are poor sleepers. It's important to remember that sleep disorders can be diagnosed and managed.
The most serious symptoms of a
sleep disorder are:
Excessive daytime sleepiness
Breathing irregularities during sleep
Snoring is not a joking matter and
may be a symptom of a serious sleeping disorder
called sleep apnea. Please answer the following questions to see if you may have
sleep apnea. The results of the survey will be sent to Jeff Newby, Sleep Disorders
Center Manager. You will then be contacted within 3-5 business days.
