Home Monitoring for Heart Failure

Sentinel Health Care, which is a collaborative between Buffalo County physicians and Good Samaritan Hospital, offers at home monitoring for reporting vital signs.  Studies have shown that individuals monitoring their own blood pressure, weight, oxygen saturation and blood sugar demonstrate increased ownership of their health and better stabilization of their illness.  Early detection of changes in these measures can assist your physician in management of your health.
